Aging & Disability Resource Center Holds Office Hours at Gays Mills Community Center

Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule appointments in advance by calling the ADRC at (608) 326-0235; toll free 1-877-794-2372.

The ADRC serves people:

  • 60 and older
  • 18 and older with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities
  • 18 and older with mental health or substance abuse issues
  • And their caregivers, family, friends, and the community

 

ADRC services are free, unbiased, and confidential. 

Specialists can assist you or help you connect you with the resources you need such as:

  • Understand and Apply for Benefit Programs
  • Options Counseling for in-home services, nursing home or assisted living
  • Medicare enrollment, Insurance Choices and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans
  • Applying for Social Security Disability (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Home Delivered Meals, Senior Dining Sites, Transportation
